The short version
This website collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking scripts of any kind.
This website
Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type — deposits, rates, goals, ages — are processed on your device and never sent to a server. We can't see them, store them, or share them, because they never leave your browser.
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. We don't use fingerprinting or any other tracking technique. If you share a calculation by copying a link with your inputs in the URL, those inputs are visible to whoever you send the link to — that's the only way information you enter ever travels anywhere, and it happens only when you do it yourself.
One thing we want to state plainly: this site is hosted on AWS CloudFront, and like essentially all web hosting, CloudFront produces standard server logs of requests — things like IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. We use these logs (and Google Search Console's aggregate data) only to operate the site and understand overall traffic. They are not joined with anything else, because there is nothing else to join them with.
The CompoundFX app
The CompoundFX iOS app follows the same posture: no accounts, no analytics, no data collection. Everything runs locally on your device. The app is fully offline and contains no third-party SDKs. Your scenarios and calculations are stored on your device only. If you purchase the optional Pro upgrade, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store — we never see your payment details.
